    Step 1

    用白镬将豆豉炒香,加入少许糖炒匀备用。Sauté fermented soy bean in a dry wok until fragrant, then toss in sugar.

    Step 2

    蛇瓜去皮去籽,切圈或切丝都可。Peel the snake gourd, seeded and cut into rings of juliennes.

    Step 3

    烧热3大匙油爆香配料A,再加入蛇瓜炒香,濽少许水炒至瓜软身,加入调味料和豆豉炒匀上碟。Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok, sauté sub-ingredients A until fragrant, toss in snake gourd with some water and stir-fry until soften, add in seasoning and fermented soy bean, stir to mix and dish out.
